Shipping Charges:
Shipping is free for all orders.

Shipping Limitation:
We only ship to the United States.

Order Confirmation:
After your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Order processing commences upon payment confirmation. Should you wish to modify or cancel your order, kindly reach out to us via our Contact Us page within 12 hours.

Order Cutoff Time:
5:00 PM CST.

Order Handling Time:
1 – 2 Days (Monday-Friday).

Transit Time:
3 – 5 Days (Monday-Friday) – Free Shipping.

Tracking Number:
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control, such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Tracking Code:
All orders have a tracking number that we will email to our customers. Additionally, customers can track the parcel on our website.

Lost in Mail:
Each order will be sent with insured shipping and handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! While the postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for more details on how these situations are handled.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should review their policy and communicate with our team for clarification.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes:
All prices on our website are displayed in USD, with all taxes completely covered on our end. However, depending on your location and local laws, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged upon your order’s arrival, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do everything we can to help resolve the issue.
